Horrible place to work.. � they treat the employees horrible. I don't recommend this nursing facility
I just moved my Mom to Friendship Assisted Living. Within a week, it is almost like she is 20 years younger! The food is amazing. The RMA's, nursing staff, nurse aides are fabulous. I could not have chosen a better place for Mom. She has people to talk to, things to do, music, dancing. Julie Abernethy and Matt...thank you for helping me with such a difficult transition. Just ask for "Shug"...apparently she is somewhat of a celebrity now! Do NOT hesitate to place your loved ones at Friendship.
We had a great Worship Service yesterday afternoon!! Really enjoyed myself for the first time being there!!! God bless!!
We have some phenomenal fitness classes at the Residents' Center!

Friendship has been my Mom's home for 8 years. She has lived in the independent apartments, has spent time in the rehab center, and is preparing to move into assisted living. The Friendship staff has gone above expectations to preserve my Mom's independence and quality of life. I have looked at over 20 communities, trying to find a similar home for my Mom, closer to in Richmond. None compare. Friendship is a true gem.
