This shop is fantastic. They repaired my truck in a very timely manner. They kept me informed during the whole process. Even when it was delayed because of the adjuster from Geico. Estabon, Jill and Crystal were invaluable! As well as any of the rest of the hatf working crew that made my vehicle look so good. I hope I never need to see you again because of the circumstances of the accident. However, I will go immediately back if I need work done. Thank you very much!!!!
horrible guidelines and regulations. My truck is ready for pickup but i can not received it due to a $44.09 bill that was direct deposit from insurance company. Since payment have not reach shop account I can not get my vehicle. I am willing to pay it myself and get reimbursed but Friendship do not allow that. What happen to helping customer. First and last time using them to repair my vehicle.Stone Mountain location
