Do not take your car here. GEICO sent my car to this shop after my accident, and the repairs were never done correctly. I had to bring it back multiple times through September, and it still was not fixed right. Now my lug nuts came off, which is a major safety issue and proof of careless work. Instead of taking responsibility, they are refusing to fix their mistake. To make it worse, one of their employees called and yelled at me, which was completely unprofessional. Horrible service 😑 not even a year. Yes they have a lifetime warranty on their paint. Now the car has to be redone. They don't offer rental. Not even 6months later. Will never go here again. And would not recommend them to anyone.
As a Mom, ten hours away, not knowing this service provider I was very anxious. But, from start to finish, Ms. Abigail and Mr. Myron kept in constant communication with me. They answered my questions, understood my concerns, and performed the work in a timely manner. The work was well done, the vehicle checked over, and the prices were reasonable. Very pleased with the compassionate and communicative service received.
I was involved in an accident and had significant damage to my car. My son recommended their services as had used them before and had a very positive experience. I was not disappointed they did an excellent job. They were in constant communication with me regarding the status of my car. The work was completed in a timely manner I was very pleased with the results. I would unreservedly recommend their service to anyone.
