Our car broke down six hours from home, and Ms. Britta and the service team were great. Friendly, easy to work with, and went out of her way to be helpful. I’d rather never break down so far away again, but if we do, I hope it’s in Bristol. I’d go back.
We recently leased a car from Justin at this dealership and had a great experience from start to finish. He was extremely helpful and communicated clearly with us throughout the week leading up to the lease.
