My live in caregiver fell deathly ill from mold illness and the landlady kicked her out on the street to die because she couldn't perform caregiving services while sick. This place is a nightmare
Poorly managed complex we live near it and have met the manager she thinks she owns the street but is nothing but a drunk and talks very badly about the residents. The place used to be full of seniors now it's just full of inconsiderate people with a manager that thinks she queen of the neighborhood.
Update to my review: 9/30/20 this property has a very inadequate manager. During this pandemic of Covid-19 the manager does the very least at helping these seniors. Sets a schedule when they can wash their clothes in the laundry room then forgets and cancels on them. Leaves cleaning supplies in the laundry area for the seniors to take care of the cleaning because she doesn’t have the time sanitize the room. Deserves more government funding for routine maintenance.
Manager really getting things done around here. other reviews seem really hateful. not sure why. She doesn't have control of the money that much. most here are friendly. others just like to spread hateful rumors.
