If you actually want to seek help DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I had my intake which went fine, but as soon as I got set up with a therapist. The therapist canceled appointments at least 3-4 times. I never received any help from them whatsoever and now they are ignoring my calls to be discharged from them. They also set up an appointment without my approval. Please go somewhere that will actually care about their patients..
I just received a phone call from there, the person on the other end was Extremely Rude. She Deadnamed me 3 Times not Realizing my Name is in their Charts. After my Appointment if they don't Apologize to me then I'll be seeing someone else for Medication Management. I've had Enough.
This place is horrible. They don't recognize children in need of mental health. You can't get anyone on the phone. If you have a child that needs real help do not use friendship house!
This program is absolutely amazing! The management is fantastic, the transportation is super reliable, and the friendship house feels like a warm and welcoming home. You'll make friends in no time, and the staff—Andrea, Tasha, Jaime, Moreen, Chris, and Danica—are incredibly kind and always ready to lend a helping hand with anything you need. They truly care about our well-being!
