After paying full price we entered Friendship Fortress today to find the place gutted and void of toys, almost nothing left. They’re closing tomorrow yet encourage all to come in and even feature a big party tomorrow night for an even higher price! No mention there’s nothing left inside to do. Save your money. So much for honesty. No refunds or apologies offered. Just an employee screaming at me and no managers on site. I can see why they’re closing. Very poorly run.

Will never return. We walk in there’s no one at the desk, took a while for someone to come out to check us in. (Fine we get over it) We were playing with our daughter in the toddler room (0-4 ages) along with other kids her age and one of the older kids continued to jump off of the lockers into the kids room onto one of the climbing toys. The same kid then ran and started taking off the Christmas lights that were wrapped around the pole and as swinging them all over. Took my kids there last week to get out of the house after all the snow days and cabin fever. The kids enjoyed themselves and enjoyed playing with the other kids.
