Will never return. We walk in there’s no one at the desk, took a while for someone to come out to check us in. (Fine we get over it) We were playing with our daughter in the toddler room (0-4 ages) along with other kids her age and one of the older kids continued to jump off of the lockers into the kids room onto one of the climbing toys. Took my kids there last week to get out of the house after all the snow days and cabin fever. The kids enjoyed themselves and enjoyed playing with the other kids.
Great place for toddlers above 3 old.
The deterioration of this place over the past year is shocking and so disappointing. What was once a safe and enjoyable place for families has become filthy, poorly managed, and objectively dangerous. Nearly every item my children attempted to use was broken or unusable. The large climbing play structure was being held together with zip ties, several of which snapped and fell to the ground while children were actively climbing on it.
