I travel 43 minutes and by pass two other Ford dealerships to come to Friendship Fords service Department! Dee Dee Booher is the best. Dee Dee makes sure everything is done and done correctly. Dee Dee is also honest. At two dealerships they kept lying about my service plan in order to charge for all of my services. At Friendship Ford, Dee Dee turned the computer screen around and showed me that my Ford Service plan showed everything!! I highly recommend Friendship Ford and Dee Dee Booher. I took my 2013 to ford service at Bristol TN. They had my car for 2-3 months. I recieve a call from them the car is ready pick up and perfect. The car had a flat tire when I come I tried to start the car- doesn’t start; i drove the car home- the same issue. I called, leave a msg for boher. Nobody call me back or solve my problem. That’s easy to give a fine start when the ppl just do a regular maintenance. Like change oil filters, fluids. Every people can do that. Specially in these days with YouTube.
Dee Dee always takes great care of us, would highly recommend going to see her in the service department!
