Laura is an amazing personal trainer. Small classes enable her to spend time with each client, making sure we are doing it right. I’ve been going to her classes for almost 2 years and I’m so happy my sister-in-law suggested I try her classes. I feel so much stronger and healthier. She’s truly the best!
Laura is an amazing coach always ensuring you are in proper form and pushing yourself as far as she knows you are capable of. I thoroughly enjoy the class format - no downtime, great music and the class flies - Laura Rocks!!
