I am beyond pleased with our experience at the Friendship Urgent Care/ ER. We were visiting the area & didn’t know where to take our sick child. We were able to speak with a nurse within 5 minutes of completing our check in. They listened to our concerns, and answered all of our questions. Within another 5-10 minutes we were meeting with a doctor. We were so impressed with the small town hospital & the incredible customer service.

I went to Gunderson Urgent Care with what I suspected was a torn meniscus ligament and in extreme pain. I left there still in extreme pain with a prescription for a gel for arthritis even after diagnosing the tear. I lay here in bed at 5 am unable to sleep because of the pain wondering what might have been if I'd went somewhere else. Was the doctor incapable or was it because I'm on Medicare? I am very pleased with the service and care my daughter has received at this ER over the 4th of July weekend. All the staff were really nice and very helpful. We were in and out with a diagnosis and meds in hand. The onsite medicine dispenser saved us a trip to a pharmacy that was about 30 minutes away.

I came in with severe knee pain that would not let me sleep. I was in tears. The doctor came in and actually sat down and listened to me. He gave me a strong anti-inflammatory, and pills to last me though the next day. Since I already knew what was wrong with me, they didn't have to do the obligatory testing before the treatment provided. And yes, Dr Eric, the medication gave me a more comfortable Sunday, not pain free, but much more tolorable. Thank you so much to the nurse and doctor that were there Saturday night.
