Apparently they don’t want any business. I’ve been calling for months to get a “free estimate” (as advertised) on the removal of a dead tree, but you have to go through a call service that doesn’t speak English, and then they never return your calls. Today was the first time they’ve EVER actually returned the call, and the man said he would be at my house in one hour to do the free estimate. That was 12 hours ago. I’m done fooling with this company. They obviously don’t want my business.

Showed up at my house 3x to give a quote (I met them 2x), gave a specific date they could "50/50 chance" do the job and a day they could "100%" do the job and did not arrive either day. This was supposedly due to mud but after already cancelling a 1st different day (so 3 days told to me they would work, yet were unwilling to work any). Called and they showed up late, cut the wrong tree, and out of all that the tree that was supposed to be cut, because I was afraid of it falling on my house, was hit with they're bucket truck and it ended up falling on part of my house anyways, Sonny and the Friends Tree Service just freaking sucks freaking squirrel nutts, RS
