Came to visit my mother and her next door neighbors were having a dead tree removed. They irresponsibly left debris, a large tree stump, and limbs in the middle of a lane for 3 days which I believe resulted in a motorcycle accident. If this happened then it was avoidable and the carelessness is unforgivable. I would not invite this company onto my property for anything.

Apparently they don’t want any business. I’ve been calling for months to get a “free estimate” (as advertised) on the removal of a dead tree, but you have to go through a call service that doesn’t speak English, and then they never return your calls. Today was the first time they’ve EVER actually returned the call, and the man said he would be at my house in one hour to do the free estimate. That was 12 hours ago. I’m done fooling with this company. They obviously don’t want my business.

Showed up at my house 3x to give a quote (I met them 2x), gave a specific date they could "50/50 chance" do the job and a day they could "100%" do the job and did not arrive either day. This was supposedly due to mud but after already cancelling a 1st different day (so 3 days told to me they would work, yet were unwilling to work any).
