After reading all of the bad reviews which were previously posted regarding Friends Pharmacy, I was pleasantly pleased how courteously I was treated, when I went in person to pick up a prescription. Also, I was impressed how reasonable the medication was, compared to what other pharmacies were charging, for the exact same medication. The only reason that I'm giving this pharmacy four stars, instead of five, is that their telephone answering service definitely needs improvement. Absolutely terrible customer service. I got yelled at by a grown man stating my address was not correct, but in the receipt it was correct. They sent it back to Columbus and I have no clue when I’ll be receiving my prescription. Do yourself a favor and do not use this pharmacy. Just about any other pharmacy will do a much better job.
