Several instances where appointments are made, I’ve showed up either early and on time and the hairdressers are average 30-40 min wait. My actual service time length is shorter than how long I have to sit waiting. They apologize but it’s poor customer appreciation .
I had a great experience with May doing my hair, she did a really good job with my hair colouring and styling. I would definitely come back!
