I had high hopes when I came here. I was excited to finally get support, this place to became a place where I had anxiety to speak to staff, do my laundry and return home. They create different rules for people depending on how they like you. They lie about various things. They allow fighting, and encourage it (I have text messages of staff asking me to start problems with a previous tenant). They won’t help with donations once they decide they don’t like you. Staff doesn't follow any of the rules, they pick favorites, straight up lie to your face. Go to a shelter that will actually help you accomplish things in life. This place is a huge joke.
