Wow, the staff at the front desk here are really unfriendly. I think in a clinic, the doctor’s skill is important, but the front desk team is just as crucial. My child was sick, and Friends of family suggested we come to this location so we could get in quickly, but then the appointment got canceled. Or maybe the other location lied when I called earlier? The level of communication and professionalism at this clinic is deeply concerning. Urine samples are collected in cups without lids and are left sitting on the counter alongside other samples, which raises hygiene and privacy issues. During a previous visit, I was told my next appointment would include my anatomy scan. Both my partner and I adjusted our work schedules to attend this appointment, only to face multiple issues.
