I love this clinic, the staff are very friendly and the doctors are great.
The level of communication and professionalism at this clinic is deeply concerning. Urine samples are collected in cups without lids and are left sitting on the counter alongside other samples, which raises hygiene and privacy issues. During a previous visit, I was told my next appointment would include my anatomy scan. Both my partner and I adjusted our work schedules to attend this appointment, only to face multiple issues.
