After that, communication stops completely, customers are left ghosted with no accountability. A business that vanishes the moment an issue arises shows a clear lack of integrity. I ordered online from this company and unfortunately received my Sonny Angels packaging damaged. I first reached out on August 12th and was told on the 13th to email their shipping team, which I did right away (and even provided proof). I was told they’d get back to me “ASAP,” but I never heard back. I followed up again on Instagram the same day asking when I should expect a response. My message was read but ignored.
