Absolutely fantastic service! The movers were punctual, professional, and handled all our belongings with great care. The team was friendly and efficient, making the entire moving process stress-free. Everything arrived safely and on time. Highly recommend this company for a smooth and hassle-free move. Truly exceeded our expectations!
Worst company ever!!! DO NOT BOOK. They broke my mirror a week ago and they take no responsibility for that! And also overcharged us for at least 200 and the guys are so freakin slow and just stand there almost doing nothin at all!!! And the lady Indian on the phone just hang up on me - what a rude person!
Absolute worst company!! Overcharged me by $200 for 'Heavy Lifting'. I SPECIFICALLY asked them before they started that if there were any extra charges to let me know. Didnt mention anything about it at all. I complained and got put thru to the driver, then some other guy, then finally got told by the manager who was some rude Indian lady that do whatever I have to do! Still not even sure how they got to the figure they charged me regardless of the $200! I'm single parenting 3 kids and chose these guys cos they seemed profes... read more
