The selection of jewelry wasn't that great and the items they did havs didn't look clean or well polished. Also, they have a sign advertising grills for the "low low."
They are amazing and very kind.They do amazing work and very affordable.I always use them for all my jewelry repair and watch battery replacement
This was the worst experience ever in my life !!! Poor customer service and most importantly, I did not get what I requested and paid for !!! The owner of this "so called" jewelry store, robbed me of my own personal diamonds in exchange for his cubic zirconias !! I simply trusted him to downsize my ring. Not only did he steal my diamonds, when I noticed it right away and confronted him, he pretended to not speak English and knew nothing about it !!!! Today was our first time ever going here me my husband and mom. The lady was very polite and helpful, their prices to size is very fair and affordable unlike other jewelers. Love the atmosphere very clean and kept up. They also have beautiful rings at very affordable prices and I automatically fell in love with two sets they had.
