I am sharing my personal experience with Friends Insurance as a warning because I don’t want other people to go through what my family did. 9 am been calling and went straight to voicemail several times as if they weren't open. Called at 9:30 am and still had to wait for someone to be available. Business times need to reflect accurately. Either come in early to setup and take customers at the exact opening time, or change your business hours to reflect what times you actually use.
Friends Insurance (Pasadena TX) Is totally incompetent, and should not be selling insurance. I went in to get insurance coverage with Progressive on a new car, and the "agent" didn't know anything about what she was doing, and she wound up putting our two old cars on the new policy also, never mind that those two cars were already covered by our older Progressive policy! I love the new facility!! And the service here is awesome!! Great reps to work with and give you the best quotes!! Come here for car insurance!! Added in 5/26/20 Great service with Progressive!! Love the roadside assistance!! They helped me unlock my car in less than 5mins and that was including the time to get to me!! Love they helped with the covid relief refund discount!! Pick this insurance company to go with and choose progressive!!
