Eric was incredible to work with. He cares so much about ensuring you are happy with the end result and was constantly going above and beyond from initial convo through design and install. He spent many hours talking through cabinet details and design, answering any questions or indulging any last-minute ideas, driving long distance to our house for minor touch-ups and tweaks to ensure we were happy with everything. We’re so happy with our kitchen cabinets! Eric was very communicative, helpful, and patient. He’s willing to spend time talking through all of your options, and he offers great advice but is also open to customer’s ideas. He has a great attention to detail and explains everything well. He coordinates the ordering and installation, and will follow up if anything is needed. We’re so happy we chose Friends in Cabinetry, and we highly recommend Eric for any and all projects.
I had an issue where a new fridge wouldn't fit into an existing cabinet cubby which had shifted and deformed a bit in the decade since installation. Eric was able to get back to me same day and schedule me the following morning. He did a phenomenal job modifying the cabinet and helping me get the appliance into place. Overall he was prompt, extremely easy to work with, and very reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to reach out again for any future cabinetry work that I might need.
