I cant give 0 stars but this company deserves less that that. They installed a unit incorrectly, then, over the last 4 weeks have been back 6 times trying to rig it and make it work. Instead of ductwork to reduce ducts, they just used a ton of tape which blew wide open. They had the drain capped and water started pouring through my ceiling, then when they "fixed" that, the unit hasnt worked since. The employee Jody champion dropped a straw and bag in front of me while he working at my apartment complex. I didn’t feel safe around him either. Later I found he had two breaking and entering and assault on a female charges! I have reported his behavior to my apartment and was told he works for friends heating and air in mt Holly. The apartment complex mentioned there was much they could do so I can putting a complaint with them also. I hope they do background checks before they let just any man enter my children’s home?!
