So this place creates a second google business listing to get away from their bad reviews, which can still be seen at the same address. They now get a higher google listing but this does not change the main problem that this dentist seems more concerned with money than the well fare of children. Sure this office seems top of the line. With tvs and video games. But they also require you to pay out of pocket for laughing gas and push for general anesthesia for minor problems. I held off on posting about my experience with Friends and Family Dental because I work in the dental field. However, upon further experiences with them, I feel it’s my duty to share what patients can expect. At my daughter’s first visit, the dentist walked into the room and did not even introduce himself. Went in for a simple check up after seeing all the positive reviews online, big mistake. Waited over an hour for a cleaning and was then told that I had massive cavities that needed to be treated via root canal. Mind you I floss and brush my teeth and use mouth wash everyday without fail and have no pain in these said teeth with massive cavities. I’ve been going here for about 1 1/2 years or 2 years and I can say that every time I have received great service!! There’s this new guy working there and he’s awesome, great energy with all of the other staff as well, just overall professional people. The only thing I will say though is the wait time is pretty long.
