I cannot put into words how much I appreciate this shop! Not only are they fair, fast and knowledgeable, but I trust them with my teenagers! When my son or daughter have trouble with their vehicles, he explains to them the importance of knowing certain things about their vehicles and how best to explain the possible issues. I have never met a more honest mechanic shop and for that we give all of our auto work to them! Took my vehicle in, stated that its likely the ball joint/control arm that needs replacing. They replaced tie rod ends without doing an alignment and sent it out. I took it to a Firestone for the alignment 2 days later and they are now replacing the control arm i took it to friends for. Doing any front end work without an alignment is ridiculous, sending it out feeling worse than when it came in is unacceptable.
Actually the worst. The last time I went here they originally changed the solenoid which I paid almost $300 for, just for my check engine light to come back on not soon after. Mind you, this is already after I dropped my car off a previous time and they gave it back to me without doing any work on it. Before I left, one of the guys working asked for my phone number in case I needed to reach out about any issues or send him videos of the noise related to my car.
