Highly recommend Friends Auto! I’ve been here a couple of times and every experience has been excellent. Having car trouble is one of the most stressful things, and the only thing that makes it easier is knowing you have a mechanic you can truly trust. I went to Friends Auto service on a reccomendation by a family member, and I was not dissapointed. Their customer service was top notch. They were freindly, polite, and efficient. They got my car fixed within the time frame they gave me, even though they were very busy. They seem to be very honest and the price was reasonable. I would not hesitate to return, if needed!
Terrible experience, worst customer service and a complete waste of time. Today before coming in, I called this shop and asked if they could fix a tire with a simple plug in. The guy said yes, $15. I told him I'm coming now, five minutes away, he said okay. That's it. When I arrived, I let him know I was here, but he just kept working on his computer and ignored me for a few minutes. Friends is fast,reliable and dependable. You can drop your car off after hrs with secure key drop off. Break work done in one day! Also have great communication!
Always very nice and helpful. I stopped in because my tires were low they took me right away and didn't charge me!
