Ralphie and Humberto confused the entire buying process. Friends Auto Group charged me for a SMOG CERTIFICATE, but they refused to offer me a copy of the Smog Certificate. Both Ralphie and Humberto failed to properly document the proper make and model of the vehicle, and they incorrectly documented the license plate number. Then, they had to contact me to retrieve and photograph the VIN number after the sale was transacted. Then, they refuse to answer the telephone or return my phone calls.
