my mom & i went for a late lunch, & our server lauren was excellent (the best server we've had in recent months, including fine & casual dining), as were our meals (chicken quesadilla, reuben, & fish & chips).
I heard you denied service to a family with 1 guest was in a wheelchair . You have lost my business.
I took my son to lunch there . The service wasn't great .. the food came to the table I had the tuna roll. First bite I took I noticed a long hair in it ., I was disgusted at that point . The waitress came to the table I explained what happened she asked if I wanted something else of course I said no, my son was suppose to get ice cream with his meal he didn't get that , but they charged me for it . I will never eat there again . Worst experience I ever had in a friendly's
Always seem to have super nice wait staff. Interior could use a little updating, but it's nice to have a Friendly's in the area.
Went with my granddaughter to the Miller Place NY location at 230 in the afternoon. Only 3 other tables w customers. All went as expected till we finished our lunch and waiting for her to come back so we could order ice cream. We were done over a good 10 minutes before she finally came back, & by that point the other 3 tables were gone so we were the only ones there. The food is always good...waitresses are very nice. A great family place. My grandchildren love it..
This Friendly's location is by far one of the best we've eaten at. The service is very good and the food is not greasy, but actually healthy.
as a follow up to the previous comments .. here it is 2015 I no longer work at friendlys. and neither does mr. schuerman . but he was fired and charged with stealing money from the place. I guess they finally figured it out. the man was doing it for years under their noses. well they all got what they asked for. if you stop by there ask for tony schuerman !!!!
Not that great anymore! We used to enjoy eating here but the service isn't that good. We choose other restaurants now.
