They stole $13 from a widow Location- 150 W Germantown Pike Norristown, Pa 19401 So I did not even realize that this place already had such low ratings. There has been a recent change of management there is a gentleman there that manages with no customer service. He screwed up our order and refused to refund the money told us that he cannot reverse the charge on a debit card which any bank will do. Friendly's ought to just stick with ice cream because their food is azz. I'm so sorry wasted my damn money on their turkey dinner. This food is just as bland and NASTY! No flavor whatsoever. I didn't want to judge so quickly...so I first tried their chicken fajita bowl... very disappointed with that as well. Again just BLAND. I don't know who y'all got cooking the food... but they need some training on SEASONING!! Again maybe y'all should just stick with ICE CREAM.
