If it was possible, this place would receive zero stars. It was impossible to interact with the “waitress” who was as unfriendly as possible and created irony where there should be none. Gave up and left before eating.
We walked in last minute starving and the staff was very sweet about still seeing us.
The chef was amazing! Very involved with what her customers want. And the taste was awesome! The wait staff could have been a little more attentive since the chef cleared empty plates from our table. All in all though was a great experience! And will be visiting again.
After placing our order (20 minutes ago) waitress just came back to table and let me know “we are all out of lobster items”. Brand new item on menu and they are out already AND took the waitress 20 minutes to inform me of this, unacceptable service. Triphammer road in ithaca ny is the location. On positive note the cook Tristan came out to the table and gave me options for food, was very professional of him to do that.
