If you are expecting and decide to go to this place for an OB, do not. I am a first time mom and decided to try this place because they got me in quickly and it was a huge mistake. They wouldn’t even take me back without paying a 500 dollar deposit they never told me about over the phone where i gave them my insurance and made my appointment in the first place. We absolutely love Dr. Zhou, she has delivered 2 of my babies and we are on the third and still as great as ever. Very knowledgeable, gets you in quickly, and any issues we’ve had she’s very responsive and acts quickly. Would highly recommend!
Dr. Zhou is my gynecologist. I went to her clinic last week. She prescribed me some medicine (but it didn't work and I still felt itchy). She also did some tests on me at that time (I haven't received the report yet). I called to ask and told her that I was itching all the time and needed an anti-itching ointment. She said: No . This was my third time visiting Dr. Zhou and every time has been professional and excellent. She had helped me with my annual check ups and also installed my second IUD. She has told me, but I also can tell she has been in practice many years. She is gentle and open to any questions. The office is quiet and there is really never anyone else in there besides me, her and the receptionist. I am able to schedule appointments through the website and then they text you to confirm.
