We have lived here since 1988, the Managers and staff are great. If there is a problem the team is on it asap to get it repaired. We have not had any problems with the Management, respect and follow the rules of the Community, which we were required to sign upon moving into the Community. We give the Managers and Owners 5 stars. Contented Residents
Lived very comfortable here . I lived in the park for 3 years never had any problems had friendly neighbors. One time I had a leak called the office and maintenance was fast to get it fixed.
This community is a great place to live, management has made a lot of improvements to make this place a better place to live,unfortunately the people that live here don't respect the rules and regulations,they don't take care of their yards so it makes the park look trashy, all the effort that management puts in this place people should at least cooperate and be more considerate and try to keep this place clean.
Management sucks they want to harass the tenants by having our vehicles towed at owners expense. The management team walks around inspect yards. The first year rent is $250 but after that rent increased every 3 months or until you reach $700+ . Tenants get charge for every little thing. The rent is the same amount as mortgage would be. As much as tenant pay for rent they should have streets plowed so tenants can make it to work and a bigger swimming pool for the kids but no only 5 people allowed in the pool. I have lived here for 15 years.It just gets worse and worse. I am paying as much for the lot as I do for my home now and the rent keeps going up. New management came in and did away with all the extra parking making it VISITOR parking so no matter where you park other than in your driveway they tow at $ 235.00 a pop. I understand no street parking because of Emergency equipment access but they took away every thing else. I parked on mulched area in yard and they towed . This is a real sick place, its called friendly village- but notice no tresspasing signs on the managers house, and then he claims he has guns in the house, so dont ever knock on the door if your home gets vandelized from the gangs and illegals. I would never want to even live there if it were for free. Highest lot rent in the area- what for? So I can then live at my friends house and pay lot rent for no sewer.
