apparently mr baca is stealing money out of peoples checking accounts so if you pay by rent best check your accounts several charges have been filed against this man as of 2-10-2015
Management is incompetent .. They harass their tenants, try to add charges that are illegal, I.e. Extra charges for water when each trailer has no individual meter. Very unkept.. Lots of false allocations against trailer owners. High turnover in mgmt.. Stay away if you are looking for a peaceful place to reside!!!!!!
Plow the snow off the roads! Why do we have maintenance guys if they don't do their job!
Twinwall feels they can do whatever they want with no regard for the law. If you buy one of their "rehabbed" make sure you have it thoroughly inspected by someone you trust.
