This place needs to be shut down and knocked down. It is the filthiest place I have ever seen and is home to sexual predators, drug addicts and transients. It is crawling with mold and roaches. The beds are old and disgusting. The bathrooms have a serious plumbing issue where the toilet backs up and the owner does not care for the property whatsoever. They take advantage of the poor.
