Great supptive residents as an adult community. Impressive.
there is much trouble here - manager likes to pick on the old people living here for small things, even YELLS at us sometimes. very strange I know people who want to move out because of bad manager Last year a storm damaged 'friendly village' sign on the street but the owners too cheap to fix it - and keeps raising our rent. Need to change this trailer park's name to Sad Village Estates. Last year, June 2024 storm tore up the tall 'friendly village' sign on miracle mile corner. owner's too cheap to have it fixed.
- Park manager is rude and gives the elderly residents a hard time about petty things. Most residents don't like her or trust her. - RENT INCREASES every year - Amazon Flats (Amazon Motel), a homeless shelter for drug addicts, criminals, and the mentally ill, is just across the street. They are now renting out to "very low-income households".
- Unqualified part-time girl park manager is very RUDE and gives the elderly handicapped residents a hard time about petty things. Most residents don't like her or trust her. We're waiting for her to be replaced. - New owner Silver King has refused to plan a meeting in the clubhouse with all of us to say hello and to answer any questions we have.
