Terrible – These guys lost 3 pants (not a trace) in one shot and became so confrontational when I asked them to pay for the pants (I still have the receipt); it was outrageous! I?ve been a frequent customer and they knew me well so I was pretty shocked that they behaved so dishonestly. The main lady there became belligerent. not great – Not really exceptionally helpful store clerks. They lost a duvet which my friend brought in, and they refused to take responsibilty for that.
