Never showed up for my trip so I had to pay 40 dollars to Uber to my appointment and back... Hopefully they do the right thing and reimburse me. Edit: this is the second week in a row this excuse of a business didn't make it to pick me up. Doing everything in my power to be sure they can never do this again. They need to be shut down.

Had a ride today and I watched the driver pull into my cul-de-sac and drive around the circle and didn't stop once and just continued on. It was obvious he Wasn't planning on stopping and was just going to say I wasn't there. I had to chase him down and yell to get him to stop.
Very pleased with service and personnel!! Will definitely use them again!!!
