Just don't. Terrible failure to provide service that was scheduled over a week prior and then confirmed 2 days before. Who goes to the Destination rather than the pickup location? These guys do, that's who. Initially got address wrong. I corrected it during the first and second calls. They just don't get it. Missed appointment. Never again.
I never got passed the phone call. There was an instant lack of professional tone when I called. Nope!
If you want to make your appointment, don't count on these incompetent people to get you there. 3 weeks in a row they never showed up. I have never in my life witnessed a company this unprofessional.
Never showed up for my trip so I had to pay 40 dollars to Uber to my appointment and back... Hopefully they do the right thing and reimburse me. Edit: this is the second week in a row this excuse of a business didn't make it to pick me up. Doing everything in my power to be sure they can never do this again. They need to be shut down.
