Not so friendly, I was turned away when I went in with tire pressure concerns.
Great service. Had my brakes and rotors replaced for a very reasonable price. Also made it very easy to set up an appointment - I had to make some last minute changes but they were very accommodating and understanding. Would definitely come back here for any future auto service needs.
I just came here on the spur of the moment, as my usual mechanic no longer changes tires, after looking up the 4.9 rating of this mechanic shop. Totally deserved rating: even though they are clearly a beloved and treasured resource and very busy as a result, they agreed to put in new tires for me, after a 45 minutes wait which is nothing, considering I didn’t even have an appointment. I have been to many mechanics and this is the best one by far. Charlie and Wendy are awesome. Charlie is an amazing mechanic. Very honest and hard working and does great work. Highly recommended.
