Came in needing my adrenaline fix, met the Service guy Chet. Asked him who his best salesman was, and he directed me to pretty young lady that sits by the front door. I came in and layed down the condition of sale, and nobody played games and provided the goods to get the deal done. She sold me a 25 ZX-10R, Thank you. Also brought my bike back to Chet for 500 mile break in service, thanks for being easy to deal with. Give them your business.
A bizarre and humiliating waste of time. Read to the end, because it gets worse. My old motorcycle, my only vehicle, was stolen. I went to Friendly Powersports the last day of a sale (May 31st) and fell in love with a z650rs for $5400. I was guaranteed this price by a salesperson and by the sales manager Robbie. When I asked him about it, he said not to worry, and that the sale deadline was something they had to put on the website for bureaucratic reasons, and that the price would remain the same. The service department is great. I needed an oil change on my MT-03 but they were booked till the weekend. Long story short, they penciled me in for a quick change in the AM so I could get back to business. Would visit again.
Kristen is an excellent salesperson; professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the entire process. She was able to answer all of my questions clearly, flexible to my schedule, and worked quickly to help resolve a concern I had regarding the sale.
