This is by far the best pool shop in Darwin ( we tried a few before them ) and yes they are very friendly, and really know there stuff about pools , I can highly recommend them - chris di marzo
Outstanding service from Nayelle and the Team. Had an issue with my Pool Pump leaking due to a tree falling on it in Cyclone Fina. They had the problem sorted within a Day. Excellent work again.
Dont go with Friendly pool and spa. After 3 years none of our information is on file and all you get is excuses. Cost alot of money for a pool pump, filter setup, and guess what, almost 3 and a half years and busted. Id say most feedback is from initial instal, which seemed fine, but they are useless when you get issues.
Yes definitely friendly and they do care. Thank you Courtney for coordinating the work and nailing the solution. A big shout out to Micha who has an excellent knowledge of pools and backs this up with practical know how and expertise. Thank you Michael for repairing the pool pump.
