They should rename this shop patronising pool and spa care, I wouldn’t recommend going here unless you are a pool expert, the older lady that works there (maybe she’s even the owner) was extremely belittling not only to their customers but also there staff member who was obviously new and still learning yet being talked down to the whole time even while doing nothing wrong. They are just there to try to force you to buy something, instantly going to grab bags of salt to sell before seeing if you want to buy it and then sigh ... read more
Good place for pool stuffs and services
We regularly use Friendly Pool & Spa Care for our pool servicing, cleaning and maintenance. The team always does an outstanding job! Special shout out to Vor for his recent work.
Excellent service on every visit. Have been to previous pool shops that try and add on unnecessary products but have found everyone I've dealt with honest and in fact try to provide ways to save money. Very happy, great business, well done!
