I’ve been using this maintenance company since 2020 and have had a maintenance membership for most of that time, initially paying about $150 and now $180. Unfortunately, the price increase has come with no improvement in customer service, and I’ve experienced three cancellations recently. The second cancellation was for a furnace check-up, and I was told all their employees were sick. My kitchen sink is slow, so I asked for a general range estimate, offering to give photos of whatever they needed. Rachel the manager let me know she couldn’t tell me if it would be anywhere between $100 or $10,000.
Never, never use this company. We had a flood and they came and helped us get through that and our basement looked really nice. Then pipes started rattling so they came and tore out parts of our new ceiling and left saying they don't put the tile back up. Then we had another small flood so they came and put in a sump pump. Then a little over a year we had another major flood.
