Started out great had some bumps. But the owner made it right I will use these guys from here out would really have done 5 stars if wasn't for a issue that has been resolved. So 4.5 stars., Had them come out to do some small work as they where the installers a couple ago they doubled the price what a rip off also the guy said the office sets price the office says field sets price 300+ for a bad spigot that was installed by them guy looked at me said it would take about 10 min to swap I am sorry you want 300+ for a 10 min swa... read more

Charged me $400 to descale my tankless water heater for about 15 minutes. Didn’t fix my problem, so that was pointless. They took me for a ride. They were friendly while they did it though…

Just had a Coleman furnace installed. No bells and whistles - just a furnace that will give me twenty years of dependable service. The energy star rating will give me a $350 rebate from the gas company. I'm happy with the installation. Justin Bender was on time, courteous, and professional. His work is correct and looks it. He gave me his number if I have any issues or follow up questions. Thank you Friendly Plumbing and Heating. I do discourage you from signing up for any extended services. That was a big mistake.

I’ve been using this maintenance company since 2020 and have had a maintenance membership for most of that time, initially paying about $150 and now $180. Unfortunately, the price increase has come with no improvement in customer service, and I’ve experienced three cancellations recently. The second cancellation was for a furnace check-up, and I was told all their employees were sick. My kitchen sink is slow, so I asked for a general range estimate, offering to give photos of whatever they needed. Rachel the manager let me know she couldn’t tell me if it would be anywhere between $100 or $10,000.
