I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Friendly Nails and Spa. My nails look honestly horrible, and I didn’t think a basic French tip would be that difficult to do correctly. I literally sat in my car afterward trying to fix them myself because they were so bad. The pedicure experience wasn’t great either. I wasn’t even given the option to choose the scent I wanted — they just used mint, which I personally don’t like and would have preferred something else. I got a manicure last week with gel polish. Not even a week later, all my polis is peeling off. Plus, he totally rushed thru the job. Very disappointed because I have enjoyed their pedi’s. .
Best experience ever! Kind staff! Great pedicures and very professional. Truk is amazing.
Really like this place! Everyone was so nice and friendly :) they also did an amazing job with my pedicure and I’m very happy with the results. Will be going back in the future
Please be careful going to this establishment. As I got an infection twice after getting a pedicure at this facility. (Yen). It's been 5 months and I am still not able to get pedicure I still have the infection. I do not see them disinfect their tools properly. I have only seen rinsing the tools in water and then placing them in a bag and then into steam machine not using any germicide solution to help disinfect the tools.
