The team were AMAZING - living up to their name in every way. They were on time, kept me updated on their arrival and moved quickly to load up all my stuff.. An awkward picture was no match for them, they easily handled it up 2 flights of stairs and into my new home without any fuss or drama. Would recommend without hesitation.
Good experience. Moving is stressful for most, and when worrying is in your top 5 skills, it is a distinctly un-fun prospect. They made it easier—much easier. Profesh, no dilly-dallying (that was my contribution - they finished unpacking before I arrived!) and, ofc, a v."friendly" team. What more could you want? Would book again and recommend without hesitation.
I’ve used this company a couple of times before without any issues, but my recent experience was disappointing on several levels. When the team arrived, I was told they had brought a small truck and might not be able to fit all my items—despite me providing a complete inventory in advance. This was surprising and frustrating, as it’s only a two-bedroom apartment. As a result, I had to return the next morning and spend an hour and a half making two car trips to finish the move myself.
