Been dealing with Friendlys for quite some time now. And I have to say that it has gone down the drain when it comes to customer service! It is very disappointing to know there are sick clients depending on them for transport and they seem not to care much. Very UNPROFESSIONAL and UNEDUCATED dispatch staff! Was very helpful with answering my questions and explaining to me. How most insurance companies work and were straightforward with their rates greatly appreciate that knowledge.

I was driving my vehicle when they started merging into my lane they had no lights on or anything. I blew my horn and held it and they kept getting over and ran me up against the curb! Whole time I was flashing them and blowing my horn! Extremely reckless and dangerous. Do not under any circumstances ever go through this company. If they are gonna get over with out looking and no turn signal or lights on and not listening imagine if they had a patient in the back. They would be dead.

Very unprofessional service! Not friendly at all! Transport from Onslow to Chapel Hill w/o a word being said to me, checking on me, nor seating along side me to comfort me for the long ride! All while I was in pain, nausea, and overall uncomfortable! Numerous more complaints to be said but I’ll leave it at that. Brice, Tammy, and Amanda were not concerned at all w me as a patient. Absolutely totally %100 disappointed and dissatisfied!!!

My wife just called them they took down info and asked what time the appointment was she told them 1:45 then they just hung up. Real professional they are , if the customer service on the phone is any indication of the service they provide beware of your loved ones.
