After going through four different pediatric offices for my 4-year-old and 8-month-old, I can honestly say finding Dr. Tischler was such a relief. Even though the office is about 25 minutes from home, I would gladly drive 45 minutes just to see her—that’s how wonderful she is. We love this practice! My kids love coming to the office because all of the staff and providers are excellent. We can always count on them to get us in for a same day sick visit and calls after hours with important test results.
The least friendly medical group you will ever come across. The staff and doctors are incompetent and the front desk woman literally just screamed at me that my child wasnt as important as the other children the doctor was seeing. My child has suffered and waited 2 weeks for his medicine to be filled due to their gross incompetence. I ended up having to pay out of pocket because they couldn't fill out a simple prior authorization form.
