We love this practice! My kids love coming to the office because all of the staff and providers are excellent. We can always count on them to get us in for a same day sick visit and calls after hours with important test results.

The least friendly medical group you will ever come across. The staff and doctors are incompetent and the front desk woman literally just screamed at me that my child wasnt as important as the other children the doctor was seeing. My child has suffered and waited 2 weeks for his medicine to be filled due to their gross incompetence. I ended up having to pay out of pocket because they couldn't fill out a simple prior authorization form. Doctors and front staff very kind and helpful. Never once had to wait long for call back or for our appointment. They always offered me same day appointment in emergency. Highly recommend!

I had two things to talk to them. The front desk became impatient about my first thing. She hung up on me before I finished saying there's another thing I needed (scheduling wellcheck). I called again told them who I am they didn't even listen just hung up. Eventually I got to schedule my child's wellcheck by calling again without telling them who I am in the first place. I said shouldn't hang up last time. They lied that they had to talk to doctor. Complete lie because in that case I'd be put on hold instead. In general thi... read more
