Doctors and front staff very kind and helpful. Never once had to wait long for call back or for our appointment. They always offered me same day appointment in emergency. Highly recommend!

I had two things to talk to them. The front desk became impatient about my first thing. She hung up on me before I finished saying there's another thing I needed (scheduling wellcheck). I called again told them who I am they didn't even listen just hung up. Eventually I got to schedule my child's wellcheck by calling again without telling them who I am in the first place. I said shouldn't hang up last time. They lied that they had to talk to doctor. Complete lie because in that case I'd be put on hold instead. In general thi... read more

I brought my eldest here 14 years ago under the original owners after a bad experience with a larger practice. She was terrified of doctors. When I came to Friendly Medical, the patience given to my daughter to relieve her fears was incredible. I have loved this practice from that first visit. Now my 19 year old is crying about having to go to an “adult doctor” and does not want to leave. My son was officially diagnosed autistic at 2. This office had me seek out early intervention at 1.
