Customer service is very important to me. This past Monday I decided to get a massage. I was quickly approached by a female massage therapist. I said hello and stated I did not have an appointment and asked if she had availability. She did. I was escorted to a treatment room and was asked if I wanted a 30 min session or 1 hour. I chose 1 hr. I paid $85 including tip up front. I noticed in the reviews some past clients found it rude by paying up front. It's not. What is rude is when customers run out on them. Good service. Friendly and affordable. Convenient location with lots of parking. I have been here many times and the masseur has helped me relieve my muscle soreness after fatigue. If I could afford to go everyday I would. She did such an amazing job! Made me feel comfortable and periodically would check in to make sure everything was going well. Made me feel completely relaxed and even demonstrated some good stretches to do afterwards to not be too sore.
