We used them in the past and had no problem. This time I talked with them to reserve the bounce house about a month ago. I followed up yesterday to ask how to pay and let them know I never received the document to sign. They sent it again & I got it. Before I got to pay and send the document over I reached out today to ask what their Venmo was and they said they gave it away. As a repeat customer, without any previous trouble with payment a heads up before giving it away would be nice considering the whole party was planned ... read more
