Long wait... good service otherwise
Went in for service on my Accord and I was greeted with a big smile by my service advisor Jonathan. He answered all my questions extensively and I left with a very great feeling about my experience and my future experiences at this dealership. I recommend Friendly Honda to everyone!!
Had an appointment for today that was scheduled MONTHS PRIOR, and when I got there today their previous employee had canceled the appointment making me waste my time just. Now I have to wait 2 months for the same appointment and hopefully it will not be cancelled. I bought my first car from here and all the staff made it seamless! Adam Teague is a true pro and I highly recommend having him help you through the process. When I get service done Stephanie is the best and is always on the lookout! She saved me a ton of money on my AC and other issues over the years.
