Charlie Hancock and Friendly Plumbing were brought onto our large renovation project by another contractor. The job involved a full gut renovation of an entire level, adding a bathroom, and installing split units to replace our heating system. Charlie and his team did amazing work! This review was due to him a while ago. They installed a Central AC with heat pump and everything came out amazing. The duct work, the attention to detail, the entire system itself functions with no issues. Charlie and his team are professionals and get the job done right. He will also answer any questions and his prices are very reasonable. He is my go to guy for any HVAC or plumbing work. Hopefully in the near future I will be using him for a new boiler upgrade. If you’re looking for an honest, trustworthy plumber who also does a great job, make sure you call these guys first
Worked for this guy for roughly 2 months and let me tell you it was a struggle to the end. He was always funny with the money, and never could set up a proper material list for any jobsite. Not his fault really he just doesn’t know what he’s doing. I’m a tech of about 3 years and even I had to explain how stuff worked sometimes. I used this service on 3 occasions recently. I am a former customer of the owner's father. Charlie and one of his lead plumbers did excellent work, responded on a timely basis and held up their integrity when one of a dozen radiators needed a followup with no additional cost. We now consider Friendly as our goto for heating and plumbing. They did a tune up on our oil based boiler. They did an update to the valves on a gas based boiler and a tuneup.
