I used this service on 3 occasions recently. I am a former customer of the owner's father. Charlie and one of his lead plumbers did excellent work, responded on a timely basis and held up their integrity when one of a dozen radiators needed a followup with no additional cost. We now consider Friendly as our goto for heating and plumbing. They did a tune up on our oil based boiler. They did an update to the valves on a gas based boiler and a tuneup. Very friendly, professional, and willing to explain the issue. Very quick diagnosis of the problem we were having, ordered the parts, and was back the next day with his guys!! Thank you for working so hard and helping to keep our school up and running and our students and staff warm this winter!!
I used friendly heating and plumbing twice . Once is change 3 zone valve for gas furnace , they did a great job and make sure every inside unit radiators all are working . Second time is install dryer vent , this dryer vent is very long , it need cut ceiling . Not straight forward job .they did a very good job . Charlie is very professional. His staff did great job , price is reasonable. I will use him again if I have any plumbing need .
Problem with plumbing I called on a Saturday and there were there within the hour and had the issue fixed immediately and very very reasonable
Don't ever use this company. They are horrible. They installed a new HVAC system in my house. They used the wrong ductwork in the attic. I tried to call to get them to fix the issue, but they would not respond to a text message. I tried to leave a voice mail but both numbers they have go to the same voice mailbox which is full. I had to bring in another company to fix the ductwork. When the new company was there, they showed me all the additional issues that were wrong with the system.
