I can’t speak for anyone else, but Russell from Friendly Hands Carpet Cleaners gave me the best carpet cleaning service I’ve ever had! He was very friendly and explained each step of the cleaning process. My carpets were in rough shape, but he really took the time to make sure every spot was fresh and spotless. I honestly thought I’d have to replace my carpets, but now they look almost brand new. I've had my carpets cleaned twice now by this company, and each time I've been really happy with the results. The first time, I was dealing with a stubborn pet odor that just wouldn’t go away no matter what I tried. After the carpet cleaning, the smell was completely gone and I was so relieved! i had a big dried blood stain on my carpet after an accident. damon from friendly hands carpet cleaners came out and got rid of it in just 15 minutes! i was amazed at how clean my carpet looked. i’ve tried other cleaning companies before, but they didn’t do a good job at all. after this great experience, i’ll always stick with this company. i’ve never been let down and would give them 10 stars if i could!
