We had Russell and Damon come to clean our carpets. They were very professional and called ahead to let us know they were on the way, arriving right on time. Russell was training Damon and explained each step of the carpet cleaning process to us. He showed how to measure the area and talked us through what happens first and how to answer any questions customers might have. i called a carpet cleaning service to clean the carpets in the large living room and hallway area of the house we're moving into. they did a great job! the technician, joe, called me 30 minutes before to let me know exactly when he would arrive, and he showed up right on time. joe really took his time to check everything and focused on the spots that needed extra work (and there were quite a few). when he finished, the carpets looked even better than i expected. i highly recommend this carpet cleaning service.
russell came to my gym in memphis to clean the carpets and did a great job. our mats and carpets get pretty dirty after lots of workouts, but he took his time and got everything really clean. the best part was that the carpets dried super fast—i could walk on them in socks just 20 minutes after he finished. usually, we have to wait almost a whole day before using the gym again, but not this time. i highly recommend friendly hands carpet cleaners for anyone who needs their carpets cleaned right.
This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Both technicians, Russell and Damon, were very friendly and explained each step of the carpet cleaning process. They checked with me several times to see if there were any other spots on my rugs that needed extra attention or special care.
