I was a little unsure about hiring a carpet cleaning service after hearing so many bad stories, but after talking with Joe on the phone and hearing him explain the carpet and tile cleaning process, I felt very comfortable. Even though our carpet was too worn out to be cleaned and needed replacement, the team did a deep clean on all the tile and grout in our home. The results were amazing. The floors looked bright, fresh, and almost like new again, even though they had a lot of age and buildup. The crew was professional, help... read more
I booked through the online page for a last-minute carpet cleaning of 4 bedroom carpets, and within minutes I got a reply confirming my preferred time. The technician arrived right on time and got started right away. Each room was cleaned thoroughly, and the carpet looked fresh and bright with no mess or leftover residue in the hallways. The whole process was smooth, professional, and easy from start to finish. The price was very fair, and after seeing the results, I would much rather have the carpets professionally cleaned ... read more
i called this carpet cleaning team this morning and asked for an asap appointment, and they arrived at my home in Memphis within about 2 hours. Very responsive and easy to work with. I was not disappointed at all. There were no visible carpet stains left, and the upstairs smelled much fresher and cleaner afterward. The price stayed exactly the same as quoted over the phone at $140, which i really appreciated, and there was no pressure to add extra charges. I recommend checking reviews and comparing ca... read more
I’ve used Taylor and his crew many times for carpet cleaning, and they have always done an excellent job. In one rental home, with 4 dogs and 7 kids, the carpets had a lot of heavy traffic, paw dirt, and pet oils from a Basset Hound with oily skin. They were able to deep clean the carpet fibers, lift out the soil and odors, and deodorize everything so the home smelled fresh again. They handled this kind of carpet cleaning for 3 different rental homes, and the results were strong enough that I received my full security deposi... read more
