I called to schedule a carpet cleaning for my condo, and Emmanuel quickly set up an appointment. At 10 a.m. in Memphis, Manuel arrived right on time and got started right away. Both were very friendly and professional, so my dog and I stepped out while they cleaned. We had our carpets cleaned today in Memphis, and the results look great so far. The team did a really nice job removing soil and freshening up the carpet, and the rooms looked much better right after the service. We were extremely happy with the carpet cleaning service from Friendly Hands Carpet Cleaners. Emmanuel arrived after the dining room closed, which worked perfectly for our restaurant schedule in Memphis, and he did a fantastic job. The carpet in our salad room had deep soil and several tough spots that our own carpet machine could not remove, and even extra spot treatment did very little. Called to ask about their rates and how far their service range is but I got cut off after simply saying the words "I have a local business" and they said sorry I'm not interested and hung up. I called again and a different person hung up on me again right after I told them my name. Unless you want to get hung up on for being courteous and saying your name or the type of property you have I'd say not to to conduct business with these people. I was very pleased that they took their time and did not rush through the carpet cleaning. The carpet in this rental had clearly not been professionally cleaned before I moved in, and it was extremely dirty with heavy buildup. After the deep cleaning, it looked as clean as possible and felt much fresher. Joe and Taylor worked well together, were friendly, and made the whole visit comfortable.
