I had a really good experience with Friendly Hands Air Duct Cleaners when the two technicians came out for my dryer vent cleaning. They called about 30 minutes before arriving, showed up on time, and finished the work fast while still being thorough. It was surprising to see how much pet hair and lint they removed from the vent line. The airflow is much better now, and it feels good knowing the dryer vent is cleaner and safer. I will definitely stay on top of my regular dryer vent and air duct maintenance from now on.

Outstanding customer service from Friendly Hands Air Duct Cleaners. Michael cleaned our dryer vent line and found that the roof vent opening had been covered by shingles, which was causing the dryer to not work the right way. He explained the issue clearly and made sure the dryer ventilation system was cleaned out well. Now everything is working much better, and I plan to have the dryer vent and air duct system checked again in the future to help keep it safe and free of lint buildup.
