A friendly gentleman named Santiago arrived at our Fort Lauderdale location and got right to work cleaning our pool! I can't say enough good things about him. I have a condition that affects my hearing, but Santiago was very understanding. He showed great patience while explaining every part of the pool cleaning service from Friendly Guys Pool Services. I really appreciate his kindness and attention to detail.
We recently moved into a new neighborhood where the houses are pretty close together, so I needed to make sure any pool cleaning equipment could fit into the backyard without causing problems. I really appreciate how I never have to stress about my pool. When I was younger, my parents always had to fix things after the pool guy left, but now I don’t have to do anything extra. I recently asked if I needed to check on the chemicals or water levels, and Jerome let me know that everything was already handled.
