I always take my cars to this dealership due to Mr.salinas and the team always being cool with the car community but today I took my daily driver to have a tire issue looked at under warranty, and as soon as I mentioned the word “warranty,” the staff’s attitude completely changed. Quick and friendly service appointment, replaced my battery under warranty.
I will never return to this place. They deliberately tampered with my vehicle, creating a fake oil leak by applying silicone around the drain plug to prevent it from sealing properly. As a result, my car was leaking oil, and I had to hire a specialist to fix the mess they caused. Additionally, the oil they put in was in terrible condition. A completely dishonest and unprofessional experience.
Took my daughter’s Maverick in for repair. Phyllis @ service was great! She was quick and took care of all my needs. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. No wait time. Thanks so much Phyllis! I took it in on Thursday morning and it was ready the next day.
