Do not go here ! It is a very long story . The flowers were horrible and the service is terrible . I was yelled out and called names , to simply try and help a small business owner do better !!
Friendly Flowers Florist, Rehoboth Beach, DE is not friendly. The male representative on the phone does not respond well to criticism of a delivered flower arrangement that I felt was greatly lacking in selection and arrangement. He loudly spoke over me and condescendingly defending the flowers and other costs associated with this delivery. No compassion, just righteous. Buyer beware.
BRIDES BEWARE! Unfortunately, I was recommended this vendor by my venue and should have done more research before booking with them. If you take the time to read how he responds to reviews, you will see for yourself what a terrible business manager he is. Absolutely everything was perfect about our wedding and planning process except for working with Friendly Florist. Very poorly done !!! Terry Dee’s was done better than mine. I got a crushed single dark red bow A few very dark roses that were bruised. Hardly any flowers at all just a bunch of greenery and this mass of pine cone in the front and as for the back we’ll see for yourself Looks like they let’s children do it
Such an easy website to order arrangements from. I live in Washington state & my mother-in-law lives in Hillsboro DE. I had tried 1800-Flowers, for Mother's day. Turns out they don't have any partnering flower shops... I didn't get the email until the Monday after mother's day. So, with that bomb, I was determined not to miss my mother-in-law's birthday.
